I, PHIL HOGAN, Minister for the Environment, Community and Local Government, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 1 (2) of the Pyrite Resolution Act 2013 (No. 51 of 2013), hereby order as follows: |
||
1. This Order may be cited as the Pyrite Resolution Act 2013 (Commencement) Order 2014. |
||
2. The 10th day of January 2014 is appointed as the day on which the Pyrite Resolution Act 2013 (No. 51 of 2013) comes into operation. |
