I, ALEX WHITE, Minister for Communications, Energy and Natural Resources, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by subsection (6) of section 1 of the Competition and Consumer Protection Act 2014 (No. 29 of 2014), hereby order as follows: |
||
1. This Order may be cited as the Competition and Consumer Protection Act 2014 (Commencement) (No. 2) Order 2014. |
||
2. The 31st day of October 2014 is appointed as the day on which Part 4 of the Competition and Consumer Protection Act 2014 (No. 29 of 2014) shall come into operation. |
