I, FRANCES FITZGERALD, Minister for Justice and Equality, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 12 of the Charities Act 2009 (No. 6 of 2009) (as adapted by the Community, Rural and Gaeltacht Affairs (Alteration of Name of Department and Title of Minister) Order 2010 ( S.I. No. 215 of 2010 )) and the Charities (Transfer of Departmental Administration and Ministerial Functions) Order 2011 ( S.I. No. 194 of 2011 ), hereby order as follows: |

1. This Order may be cited as the Charities Act 2009 (Establishment Day) Order 2014. |
||
|
2. The 16th day of October 2014 is appointed to be the establishment day for the purposes of the Charities Act 2009 (No. 6 of 2009). |
||
