I, CHARLES FLANAGAN Minister for Foreign Affairs and Trade, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 1 (8) of the Children and Family Relationships Act 2015 (No. 9 of 2015), hereby order as follows: |
||
|
1. This Order may be cited as the Children and Family Relationships Act 2015 (Part 10) (Commencement) Order 2015. |
||
|
2. The 1st day of July 2015 is appointed as the day on which Part 10 of the Children and Family Relationships Act 2015 (No. 9 of 2015) shall come into operation. |
||
