I, MICHAEL NOONAN, Minister for Finance, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 15 of the Central Bank and Credit Institutions (Resolution) Act 2011 (No. 27 of 2011), having consulted with the Central Bank of Ireland and the Credit Union Advisory Committee, hereby make the following regulations: |

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Credit Institutions Resolution Fund Levy (Amendment) Regulations 2015. |
||
2. The Credit Institutions Resolution Fund Levy Regulations 2012 ( S.I. No. 381 of 2012 ) (as amended by the Credit Institutions Resolution Fund Levy Regulations 2014 ( S.I. No. 446 of 2014 )) are amended- |
||
(a) in Regulation 2- |
||
(i) in paragraph (1), by substituting for the definition of "levy period" the following: |
||
" ‘levy period’ means the period commencing on 1 October 2015 and ending on 30 September 2016.", |
||
(ii) by deleting paragraph (2), and |
||
(iii) in paragraph (3), by substituting "30 June 2015" for "30 June 2014", |
||
(b) in Regulation 3(1), by substituting "1 October 2015" for "1 October 2014", |
||
(c) in Regulation 4(1), by substituting "29 February 2016" for "28 February 2015", and |
||
(d) in the Schedule by deleting the rows at reference numbers 1 to 4. |
