Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in

The Health Insurance Authority, pursuant to Section 11E(2) of the section 15 of the section 8 of the Health Insurance (Amendment) Act 2013 (No 48 of 2013)), hereby makes the following Regulations:

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Health Insurance Act 1994 (Section 11E(2)) (Revocation) Regulations 2015.

2. On the making of these Regulations, the following are revoked:

(a) the Health Insurance Act 1994 (Section 11E(2)) Regulations 2013;
