I, JAN O’SULLIVAN, Minister for Education and Skills, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 28 (2) of the Student Support Act 2011 (No. 4 of 2011) and following consultation with the Data Protection Commissioner, hereby make the following regulations: | ||
1. These Regulations may be cited as the Student Support Act 2011 (Prescribed Persons) Regulations 2016. | ||
2. The Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine stands prescribed for the purposes of section 28 (1) of the Student Support Act 2011 (No. 4 of 2011). | ||
