Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in | ||

The Minister for Justice and Equality, in exercise of the powers conferred on her by section 1 (3) of the Criminal Justice (Spent Convictions and Certain Disclosures) Act 2016 (No. 4 of 2016), hereby orders as follows: | ||
1. This Order may be cited as the Criminal Justice (Spent Convictions and Certain Disclosures) Act 2016 (Commencement) Order 2016. | ||
2. The 29th day of April 2016 is appointed as the day on which the Criminal Justice (Spent Convictions and Certain Disclosures) Act 2016 (No. 4 of 2016) comes into operation. | ||
