Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in | ||

I, PASCHAL DONOHOE, Minister for Public Expenditure and Reform, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 1 (2) of the Financial Emergency Measures in the Public Interest Act 2015 (No. 39 of 2015), hereby order as follows: | ||
1. This Order may be cited as the Financial Emergency Measures in the Public Interest Act 2015 (Commencement) Order 2016. | ||
2. The 1st day of January 2017 is appointed as the day on which section 11 of Financial Emergency Measures in the Public Interest Act 2015 (No. 39 of 2015) shall come into operation. | ||
