I, FRANCES FITZGERALD, Minister for Justice and Equality, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 9 (2) of the Commission of Investigation (Irish Bank Resolution Corporation) Act 2016 (No. 10 of 2016), hereby order as follows: | ||
1. This Order may be cited as the Commission of Investigation (Irish Bank Resolution Corporation) Act 2016 (Commencement) Order 2016. | ||
2. The 1st day of August 2016 is appointed as the day on which the Commission of Investigation (Irish Bank Resolution Corporation) Act 2016 (No.10 of 2016) shall come into operation. | ||
