Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in | ||
“Iris Oifigiúil” of 13th March, 2018. | ||
I, PASCHAL DONOHOE, Minister for Public Expenditure and Reform, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 2 (3) of the Public Service Superannuation (Amendment) Act 2018 (No. 2 of 2018), hereby order as follows: | ||
1. This Order may be cited as the Public Service Superannuation (Amendment) Act 2018 (Commencement) Order 2018. | ||
2. The 7th day of March 2018 is appointed as the day on which the Public Service Superannuation (Amendment) Act 2018 (No. 2 of 2018) shall come into operation. | ||
