I, DAMIEN ENGLISH, Minister of State at the Department of Housing, Planning and Local Government, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by subsection (1) of section 11 of the Urban Regeneration and Housing Act 2015 (No. 33 of 2015) and the Housing, Planning, Community and Local Government (Delegation of Ministerial Functions) (No. 2) Order 2017 ( S.I. No. 352 of 2017 ) (as adapted by the Housing, Planning, Community and Local Government (Alteration of Name of Department and Title of Minister) Order 2017 ( S.I. No. 358 of 2017 )), hereby order as follows: | ||
1. This Order may be cited as the Urban Regeneration and Housing Act 2015 (Section 11) Order 2018. | ||
2. The 1st day of November 2018 is specified for the purposes of subsection (1) of section 11 of the Urban Regeneration and Housing Act 2015 (No. 33 of 2015). | ||
