I, CHARLES FLANAGAN, Minister for Justice and Equality, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by sections 53 (1) of the Valuation Act 2001 (No. 13 of 2001) and the Valuation Office (Transfer of Departmental Administration and Ministerial Functions) Order 2015 ( S.I. No. 638 of 2015 ) and after consultation with the Minister for Housing, Planning and Local Government (as adapted by the Housing, Planning, Community and Local Government (Alteration of Name of Department and Title of Minister) Order 2017 (S.I. No. 358 of 2017)), hereby order as follows: | ||
1. This Order may be cited as the Valuation Act 2001 (Global Valuation) (Irish Water) Order 2019. | ||
2. The Commissioner of Valuation shall carry out a valuation of relevant properties occupied by Irish Water. | ||
3. The global valuation under this Order shall be made by reference to 31 March 2018 and shall be entered in the central valuation list by 18 October 2019. | ||
