Public Service Pensions (Single Scheme and Other Provisions) Act 2012 (Relevant Authorities) Regulations S.I. No. 143/2019

I, PASCHAL DONOHOE, Minister for Public Expenditure and Reform, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 8 (1)(b) of the Public Service Pensions (Single Scheme and Other Provisions) Act 2012 (No. 37 of 2012), hereby make the following regulations:

1. (1) These Regulations may be cited as the Public Service Pensions (Single Scheme and Other Provisions) Act 2012 (Relevant Authorities) Regulations 2019.

(2) The Public Service Pensions (Single Scheme and Other Provisions) Act 2012 (Relevant Authorities) Regulations 2012 ( S.I. No. 581 of 2012 ) and these Regulations may be cited together as the Public Service Pensions (Single Scheme and Other Provisions) Act 2012 (Relevant Authorities) Regulations 2012 and 2019 and shall be construed together as one.

2. The Ministers of the Government, public service bodies and bodies corporate specified in the Schedule are each prescribed as a relevant authority for the purposes of the Public Service Pensions (Single Scheme and Other Provisions) Act 2012 (No. 37 of 2012).
