Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in | ||

I, PASCHAL DONOHOE, Minister for Finance, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by subsection (2) of section 1412 of the Companies Act 2014 (No. 38 of 2014), and being satisfied as to the matters specified in that subsection, hereby make the following regulations: | ||
1. These Regulations may be cited as the Companies Act 2014 (section 1412(2)) (Relevant Jurisdictions) Regulations 2019. | ||
2. Each of the places specified in the Schedule is prescribed as a relevant jurisdiction for the purposes of section 1412(1) of the Companies Act 2014 (No. 38 of 2014). | ||
