Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in | ||
“Iris Oifigiúil” of 28th June, 2019. | ||
I, PASCHAL DONOHOE, Minister for Finance, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 135E(15) of the Finance Act 1992 (No. 9 of 1992) hereby order as follows: | ||
1. This Order may be cited as the Finance Act 1992 (Section 135E) (Commencement) Order 2019. | ||
2. The 1st day of July 2019 is appointed as the day on which section 135E of the Finance Act 1992 (No. 9 of 1992) comes into operation. | ||
