I, CHARLES FLANAGAN, Minister for Justice and Equality, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 1 (2) of the Family Law Act 2019 (No. 37 of 2019), hereby order as follows: | ||
1. This Order may be cited as the Family Law Act 2019 (Commencement) Order 2019. | ||
2. The 1st day of December 2019 is appointed as the day on which Parts 1 and 2 of the Family Law Act 2019 (No. 37 of 2019) shall come into operation. | ||
