Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in | ||

The Minister for Transport, Tourism and Sport in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 8 of the Road Safety Authority (Commercial Vehicle Roadworthiness) Act 2012 (No. 16 of 2012), hereby makes the following regulations: | ||
1. These Regulations may be cited as the Commercial Vehicle Roadworthiness (Vehicle Licensing) (Revocation) Regulations 2020. | ||
2. The Commercial Vehicle Roadworthiness (Vehicle Licensing) Regulations 2014 ( S.I. No. 397 of 2014 ) are revoked. | ||
