Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in | ||

I, LEO VARADKAR, Minister for Business, Enterprise and Innovation, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 7 (3) of the Credit Guarantee (Amendment) Act 2020 (No. 5 of 2020), hereby order as follows: | ||
1. This Order may be cited as the Credit Guarantee (Amendment) Act 2020 (Commencement) Order 2020. | ||
2. The 11th day of August 2020 is appointed as the day on which the Credit Guarantee (Amendment) Act 2020 (No. 5 of 2020) shall come into operation. | ||
