Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in | ||
“Iris Oifigiúil” of 26th February, 2021. | ||
The Government, on the request of the Minister for Education and in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 11 (1) of the Public Service Management Act 1997 (No. 27 of 1997), hereby order as follows: | ||
1. This Order may be cited as the Appointment of Special Adviser (Minister for Education) Order 2021. | ||
2. Eoin Murphy, particulars of whose address have been deposited at the offices of the Department of Education, is appointed to be a Special Adviser to the Minister for Education with effect from 8 December 2020. | ||
