I, HELEN MCENTEE, Minister for Justice, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 1 (4) of the Family Leave and Miscellaneous Provisions Act 2021 (No. 4 of 2021), hereby order as follows: | ||
1. This Order may be cited as the Family Leave and Miscellaneous Provisions Act 2021 (Part 9) (Commencement) Order 2021. | ||
2. The 24th day of April 2021 is appointed as the day on which Part 9 of the Family Leave and Miscellaneous Provisions Act 2021 (No. 4 of 2021) shall come into operation. | ||

This Order appoints 24 April 2021 as the day on which Part 9 of the Family Leave and Miscellaneous Provisions Act 2021 (No. 4 of 2021) comes into operation. Part 9 of the Act deals with amendments to the Judicial Council Act 2019 and the Personal Injuries Assessment Board Act 2003 to make provision in relation to the operation of personal injuries guidelines adopted by the Judicial Council. |
