I, HELEN MCENTEE, Minister for Justice, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 1 (2) of the Criminal Justice (Smuggling of Persons) Act 2021 (No. 42 of 2021), hereby order as follows: | ||
1. This Order may be cited as the Criminal Justice (Smuggling of Persons) Act 2021 (Commencement) Order 2021. | ||
2. The 31st day of December 2021 is appointed as the day on which the Criminal Justice (Smuggling of Persons) Act 2021 (No. 42 of 2021) comes into operation. | ||
