Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in | ||

I, CHARLIE MCCONALOGUE, Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 7 of the Animal Health and Welfare Act 2013 (No. 15 of 2013), hereby make the following order: | ||
1. This Order may be cited as the Animal Health and Welfare Act 2013(Application to specified diseases) Order 2022. | ||
2. The provisions of the Animal Health and Welfare Act 2013 apply to each disease specified in the Schedule. | ||
3. The Animal Health and Welfare Act 2013 (Application to specified diseases) Order 2020 ( S.I. No. 516 of 2020 ) is revoked. | ||
Schedule | ||
1. Batrachchytrium salamandrivorans (BSa1). | ||
2. Bovine besnoitiosis | ||
3. Bovine genital campylobacteriosis. | ||
4. Covid 19 (Coronavirus) | ||
5. Foot pad dermatitis in poultry | ||
6. Heartwater. | ||
7. Leishmaniasis. | ||
8. Tuberculosis in animals other than ruminants. | ||
9. A disease that may be transmitted to an animal from a human or to a human from an animal, other than a zoonotic disease referred to in Schedule 2 to the Animal Health and Welfare Act 2013 , or otherwise referred to in this Schedule. | ||
