I, CHARLIE MCCONALOGUE, Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 36 of the Animal Health and Welfare Act 2013 (No. 15 of 2013), hereby make the following regulations: | ||
1. These Regulations may be cited as the Notification and Control of Diseases affecting Terrestrial Animals (No. 2) Regulations 2016 (Amendment) Regulations 2021. | ||
2. The Notification and Control of Diseases affecting Terrestrial Animals (No. 2) Regulations 2016 are amended, in Part B of the Schedule, by the insertion, between the mention of “Avian mycoplasmosis (caused by or involving Mycoplasma gallisepticum, Mycoplasma meleagridis or Mycoplasma synovia)” and the mention of “Bovine viral diarrhoea”, of “Bovine besnoitiosis”. | ||
