Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in | ||

The Government, on the request of the Minister for Finance, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 2 (1) of the Ministers and Secretaries (Amendment) (No. 2) Act 1977 (No. 28 of 1977), hereby order as follows: | ||
1. This Order may be cited as the Finance (Delegation of Ministerial Functions) Order 2023. | ||
2. The powers and duties of the Minister for Finance conferred on him by or under subsections (2) and (3) of section 67 of the Credit Institutions (Stabilisation) Act 2010 (No.36 of 2010) are delegated to Jennifer Carroll MacNeill T.D., Minister of State at the Department of Finance. | ||
