Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in | ||

I, DARA CALLEARY, Minister of State at the Department of Enterprise, Trade and Employment, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 25 (2) of the Personal Injuries Resolution Board Act 2022 (No. 42 of 2022) and the Enterprise, Trade and Employment (Delegation of Ministerial Functions) (No. 2) Order 2023 ( S.I. No. 15 of 2023 ), hereby order as follows: | ||
1. This Order may be cited as the Personal Injuries Resolution Board Act 2022 (Commencement of Certain Provisions) Order 2023. | ||
2. The 13th day of February 2023 is appointed as the day on which the following provisions of the Personal Injuries Resolution Board Act 2022 (No. 42 of 2022) come into operation: | ||
(a) section 1; | ||
(b) subparagraphs (iii) and (iv) of section 7(a); | ||
(c) paragraph (c) of section 11; | ||
(d) paragraph (b) of section 12; | ||
(e) paragraphs (b) and (c) of section 13; | ||
(f) sections 14, 15 and 16; | ||
(g) section 17 (other than insofar as that section relates to the insertion, in subsection (1) of section 54 of the Principal Act, of paragraph (aa)); | ||
(h) section 18; | ||
(i) sections 20, 21 and 22; | ||
(j) section 25. | ||
