Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in | ||

I, PASCHAL DONOHOE, Minister for Public Expenditure, National Development Plan Delivery and Reform, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 1 (3) of the Tailte Éireann Act 2022 (No. 50 of 2022) (as adapted by the Public Expenditure and Reform (Alteration of Name of Department and Title of Minister) Order 2023 ( S.I. No. 19 of 2023 )), after consultation with the Minister for Housing, Local Government and Heritage, hereby order as follows: | ||
1. This Order may be cited as the Tailte Éireann Act 2022 (Commencement) (No. 2) Order 2023. | ||
2. The 1st day of March 2023 is appointed as the day on which section 39 of the Tailte Éireann Act 2022 (No. 50 of 2022) shall come into operation. | ||
