Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in | ||
“Iris Oifigiúil” of 24th February, 2023. | ||
The Government, on the request of the Minister of the Government who is the leader of a political party registered in the Register of Political Parties and Minister for the Environment, Climate and Communications and in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 11 (1) of the Public Service Management Act 1997 (No. 27 of 1997), hereby order as follows: | ||
1. This Order may be cited as the Appointment of Special Advisers (Leader and Minister for the Environment, Climate and Communications) Order 2023. | ||
2. Each of the following persons particulars of each of whose address have been deposited at the office of the Department of the Environment, Climate and Communications, is appointed to be a Special Adviser to the Minister of the Government who is the leader of a political party registered in the Register of Political Parties and Minister for the Environment, Climate and Communications with effect from 17 December 2022: | ||
(a) John McDonald; | ||
(b) Paul Kenny; | ||
(c) Edel Hackett. | ||
