Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in | ||

I, MICHAEL MCGRATH, Minister for Finance, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 1 (2) of the Central Bank (Individual Accountability Framework) Act 2023 (No. 5 of 2023), hereby order as follows: | ||
1. This Order may be cited as the Central Bank (Individual Accountability Framework) Act 2023 (Commencement of Certain Provisions) Order 2023. | ||
2. The 19th day of April 2023 is appointed as the day on which Parts 1, 3 (other than section 10 ), 4 , 5 , 6 and 7 of the Central Bank (Individual Accountability Framework) Act 2023 (No. 5 of 2023) shall come into operation. | ||

In exercise of the powers conferred on the Minister for Finance by section 1 (2) of the Central Bank (Individual Accountability Framework) Act 2023 (No. 5 of 2023), this Order appoints the day on which certain provisions of that Act come into operation. |
