Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in | ||

I, SIMON HARRIS, Minister for Justice, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 1 (4) of the Criminal Justice (Mutual Recognition of Custodial Sentences) Act 2023 (No. 3 of 2023), hereby order as follows: | ||
1. This Order may be cited as the Criminal Justice (Mutual Recognition of Custodial Sentences) Act 2023 (Commencement) Order 2023. | ||
2. The 3rd day of May 2023 is appointed as the day on which the Criminal Justice (Mutual Recognition of Custodial Sentences) Act 2023 (No. 3 of 2023) shall come into operation. | ||
