Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in | ||

I, CHARLIE MCCONALOGUE, Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 1 (2) of the Animal Health and Welfare and Forestry (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 2022 (No. 4 of 2022), hereby order as follows: | ||
1. This Order may be cited as the Animal Health and Welfare and Forestry (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 2022 (Commencement) Order 2023. | ||
2. The 6th day of September 2023 is appointed as the day on which Part 3 of the Animal Health and Welfare and Forestry (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 2022 (No. 4 of 2022) comes into operation. | ||
