Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in | ||

The Government, on the request of the Minister for Further and Higher Education, Research, Innovation and Science and in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 1 1(1) of the Public Service Management Act 1997 (No. 27 of 1997), hereby order as follows: | ||
1. This Order may be cited as the Appointment of Special Adviser (Minister for Further and Higher Education, Research, Innovation and Science) (No. 2) Order 2023. | ||
2. Max Murphy, particulars of whose address have been deposited at the offices of the Department of Further and Higher Education, Research, Innovation and Science, is appointed to be a Special Adviser to the Minister for Further and Higher Education, Research, Innovation and Science with effect from 26 June 2023. | ||
