I, EAMON RYAN, Minister for Transport, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 44D of the National Oil Reserves Agency Act 2007 (No. 7 of 2007) and section 23 of the Oil Emergency Contingency and Transfer of Renewable Transport Fuel Functions Act 2023 (No. 2 of 2023), hereby order as follows: | ||
1. This Order may be cited as the National Oil Reserves Agency Act 2007 (Renewable Transport Fuel Obligation Rate) (Revocation) Order 2023. | ||
2. This Order comes into operation on 1 January 2024. | ||
3. The National Oil Reserves Agency Act 2007 (Renewable Transport Fuel Obligation Rate) Order 2022 ( S.I. No. 709 of 2022 ) is revoked. | ||
