Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in | ||
“Iris Oifigiúil” of 8th March, 2024. | ||
I, RODERIC O’GORMAN, Minister for Children, Equality, Disability, Integration and Youth, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 1 (3) of the Work Life Balance and Miscellaneous Provisions Act 2023 (No. 8 of 2023), hereby order as follows: | ||
1. This Order may be cited as the Work Life Balance and Miscellaneous Provisions Act 2023 (Commencement) (No. 2) Order 2024. | ||
2. The 6th day of March 2024 is appointed as the day on which the following provisions of the Work Life Balance and Miscellaneous Provisions Act 2023 (No. 8 of 2023) shall come into operation: | ||
(a) section 8; | ||
(b) section 12(a); | ||
(c) sections 13 and 14. | ||
