Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in | ||

I, DARRAGH O’BRIEN, Minister for Housing, Local Government and Heritage, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by Section 3 of the Water Services Act 2007 (No. 30 of 2007) (as adapted by the Housing, Planning and Local Government (Alteration of Name of Department and Title of Minister) Order 2020 ( S.I. No. 408 of 2020 )) hereby order as follows: | ||
1. This order may be cited as the Water Services Act 2007 (Commencement) Order 2024. | ||
2. In this Order “Act of 2007” means the Water Services Act 2007 (No. 30 of 2007). | ||
3. The 29th day of March 2024 is fixed as the day on which subsections (8) to (13) and (15) to (17), in so far as they refer to a notice under subsection (13) of section 43 of the Act of 2007, of section 92 of the Act of 2007 come into operation. | ||
