Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in | ||

The Government, on the request of the Minister for Transport and in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 11 (1) of the Public Service Management Act 1997 (No. 27 of 1997), hereby order as follows: | ||
1. This Order may be cited as the Appointment of Special Advisers (Minister of State at the Department of Transport) Order 2024. | ||
2. Sam Griffin, particulars of whose address have been deposited at the offices of the Department of Transport, is appointed to be a Special Adviser to Jack Chambers, Minister of State at the Department of Transport with effect from 9 April 2024. | ||
3. Shane Smyth, particulars of whose address have been deposited at the offices of the Department of Transport, is appointed to be a Special Adviser to Jack Chambers, Minister of State at the Department of Transport with effect from 9 April 2024. | ||
