Conflict of Laws-reciprocal enforcement of judgments and orders-registration of foreign judgments-English county court judgment not registrable under Judgments (Reciprocal Enforcement) (Jersey) Law 1960 since not judgment of "superior court" within art. 3(1), even after transfer of proceedings to High Court for execution-county court is "original court" within art. 4(1)
