Bills of Exchange-promissory note-misrepresentation-fraudulent misrepresentation-may be void ab initio if signatory proves vice du consentement, i.e. consent only given because induced by reliance on fraudulent misrepresentation-unnecessary that maker knew statement false if actually false and relied upon
