Arbitration-removal of arbitrator-misconduct-arbitrator may be removed for misconduct under Arbitration (Jersey) Law 1998, art. 26(1) if (a) technical failure to follow agreed procedure; (b) procedural mishap; (c) procedural unfairness; or (d) breach of natural justice-culpable or blameworthy conduct unnecessary-arbitrator wrongly removed for refusal to grant extension of time to file defence and counterclaim if followed parties' agreed procedural rules and considered submissions
