Employment-termination-unfair dismissal-under Employment (Jersey) Law 2003, art. 73(1), employee cannot claim unfair dismissal unless employed for not less than 26 weeks-effective date of termination is expiry of minimum notice period required under Law, not longer period required under contract-no claim for unfair dismissal on basis that, if contractually required notice period given, would have had 26 weeks' employment
