DECISION
The Originating Application is struck out, the applicant having failed to comply with Orders of the tribunal dated 5 November 2002 and 17 December 2002.
Notice of a hearing to consider the respondent's request for the Originating Application to be struck out for failure to comply with the Orders for Further Particulars and Discovery was sent to the applicant's representative on 19 February 2003.
The hearing took place on 11 March 2003. The applicant was neither present nor was she represented.
By Notice dated 11 March 2003, the applicant was put on notice that this Originating Application would be struck out unless she complied with the Orders within a further period of fourteen days.
By a letter dated 25 March 2003, the respondent's representative indicated that the applicant had failed to comply with the Orders.
In the circumstances, and in view of the applicant's continued failure to comply with the Orders, the Originating Application is hereby struck out.
