DECISION

 

(A)      The claimant’s wages claim was withdrawn and accordingly it is dismissed.

 

(B)      The claimant’s holiday pay claim was withdrawn and accordingly it is dismissed.

 

(C)     The claimant’s claim for notice pay against Cyril Fulton is well-founded and it is ordered that Mr Fulton shall pay to the claimant the sum of £2,400 in respect of notice pay.

 

(D)     The claimant’s redundancy pay claim against Cyril Fulton is well-founded and it is declared that Mr Fulton is liable to pay to make a redundancy payment of £4,144 to the claimant.

 

(E)      The claimant’s claims against the other respondents were dismissed following their withdrawal.
