(A)      The name of the first respondent shall be amended to read Royal Hotel (Bangor) (in receivership).

 

(B)      The claimant’s holiday pay claim is well-founded and it is ordered that the first respondent shall pay to the claimant the sum of £226.98 in respect of holiday pay.

 

(C)     The claimant’s claim for notice pay is well-founded and it is ordered that the first respondent shall pay to the claimant the sum of £390.03 in respect of notice pay.

 

(D)     The claimant’s redundancy pay claim against the first respondent is well-founded and it is declared that the first respondent is liable to make a redundancy payment of £567.57 to the claimant.
