1(a) For reasons given at the hearing the tribunal finds that the claimant was automatically unfairly dismissed.
(b) It makes an award of compensation in her favour of £3,706.00.
(This is made up of a basic award of £780.00 and a compensatory award of £2,926.00.)
2 The claimant did not receive any benefits to which the Employment Protection (Recoupment of Jobseeker's Allowance and Income Support) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1996, as amended, apply.
