DECISION

 

 

(A)      The claimant's wages claim against the respondent company ("the Company") is well-founded and it is ordered that the Company shall pay to the claimant the sum of £1,309 in respect of wages.

 

(B)      The claimant's holiday pay claim against the Company is well-founded and it is ordered that the Company shall pay to the claimant the sum of £1,135 in respect of holiday pay.

 

(C)     The claimant's claim for notice pay against the Company is well-founded and it is ordered that the Company shall pay to the claimant the sum of £1,738 in respect of notice pay.

 

(D)     The claimant's redundancy pay claim against the Company is well-founded and it is declared that the Company is liable to make a redundancy payment of £3,273 to the claimant.

 

(E)      None of the claimant's claims against Mr Morrison is well-founded. According, all of those claims are dismissed.
