DECISION

The decision of the Tribunal (Employment Judge sitting alone) is that the claimant was not dismissed for the purposes of The Employment Rights (NI) Order 1996 and therefore the Tribunal does not have jurisdiction to hear the claim of unfair dismissal.

 

The claimant’s claim is therefore dismissed in its entirety.

 

Reasons were delivered orally at the pre-hearing review.
