DEFAULT JUDGEMENT
In the claim form, the respondent has stated that it does not resist the claimant’s claim in relation to redundancy pay and accepts the claimant has an entitlement to redundancy pay. I have decided to determine the following claim without a hearing. I determine as follows:
The claimant’s redundancy pay claim is well founded. It is declared that the respondent is liable to make a redundancy payment of £7,355.77 to the claimant.

Age on date of dismissal: 52
Multiplier (for redundancy pay): 25.5
