THE INDUSTRIAL TRIBUNALS
CASE REF: 17783/19
CLAIMANT: Jason Barclay
RESPONDENT: HOUSEPROUD FURNISHINGS
DEFAULT JUDGEMENT
The respondent stated in its response that it does not intend to resist the claims. I have decided to determine these claims without a hearing. I find that the claimant’s complaints of Breach of Contract (Holiday Pay and Arrears of Pay) and Right to Receive an Itemised Pay Statement are upheld.
Any remedy to which the claimant is entitled will be determined at a hearing, notice of which will be issued shortly.
