JUDGMENT

 

 

(A)         The claimant’s claim for Unfair Dismissal is well founded and it is ordered that the respondent shall pay to the claimant a Basic Award of £104.64 calculated in accordance with Art. 154(1A)(c) of the Employment Rights (Northern Ireland) Order 1996 and a Compensatory Award of £1,360.32 for the period of 52 weeks after her dismissal.

 

(B)         The claimant’s claim in respect of arrears of wages is well founded, and it is ordered that the respondent shall pay to the claimant the sum of £29.00 in respect of wages.

 

(C)         The claimant’s claim for unpaid holiday pay claim is well founded, and it is ordered that the respondent shall pay to the claimant the sum of £148.96 in respect of holiday pay.
