The claimant’s redundancy pay claim is well-founded.  It is declared that the respondent is liable to make a payment of £1,978.50.

 

This judgment is based on the following uncontested facts and is a judgment pursuant to Rules 24 & 55, Schedule 1 of the Industrial Tribunals and Fair Employment Tribunal Rules of Procedure 2020:-
